Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome.
- Full papers Submitted papers should preferably be prepared using the IEEE Conference Proceedings template provided on the conference website.
- Posters
Presentation Mode
ICSIC 2026 will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing authors to participate either in person or online. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to deliver an oral presentation during the conference, either on-site or remotely. Oral presentation is mandatory for all accepted papers.Poster Presentations
Authors are encouraged, but not required, to prepare and present a poster to facilitate discussion and interaction with conference participants. Poster presentations are optional and do not replace the mandatory oral presentation.Paper Preparation
Authors are strongly encouraged to prepare their full papers using the official IEEE Conference Proceedings template available on the conference website
