The School of Leadership and Management (SLM), Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS), invites researchers, academicians, practitioners, policymakers, and doctoral scholars to submit original research papers for the 6th Pritam Singh Memorial (PRISM) International Conference 2026.
PRISM 2026 provides an interdisciplinary platform to discuss contemporary research on leadership, management, technology, sustainability, and public policy in the context of rapid technological advancement and global geopolitical change. The conference particularly encourages research contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through responsible leadership, ethical AI, digital transformation, sustainability, and inclusive innovation.
PRISM 2026 welcomes original theoretical, empirical, conceptual, case-based, and interdisciplinary research that advances knowledge across management, leadership, technology, sustainability, and public policy.

Hosted by the School of Leadership and Management (SLM), MRIIRS, PRISM 2024 culminated in the publication of 96 peer-reviewed book chapters in the Scopus-indexed Taylor & Francis (Routledge) edited volume Organizational Resilience and Leadership Issues in the Dynamic Era (DOI: 10.4324/9781003725084).
Building on this success, PRISM 2026 aims to provide high-quality publication opportunities for accepted papers, subject to the respective publisher's and journal's peer-review and editorial policies.

Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit either:
- Full Research Paper (4,000-6,000 words), or
- Extended Abstract (800-1000 words)
Submission requirements:
- Manuscripts must present original and unpublished work.
- Papers must not be under consideration elsewhere at the time of submission.
- Full papers should follow the APA 7th Edition referencing style.
- The Similarity Index must be below 10%.
- The use of generative AI tools must comply with accepted academic integrity guidelines and appropriate disclosure requirements, where applicable.
- All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.
Publication Opportunities
Selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication, subject to peer review and the respective publisher's and journal's editorial policies, in the following publication outlets:
- Taylor & Francis (Routledge) Scopus-indexed Edited Book
- Selected Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), and ABDC indexed journals
The conference particularly encourages submissions aligned with the SDGs, including responsible leadership, sustainability, ethical AI, digital transformation, and inclusive innovation.
